It's like playing Harrow, but more immortal. I only have one issue. I can't settle on a subsume for elude that would be ideal for such a low duration. Some have suggested embers, nidus', protea, empower, or marked for death. Though these suggestions I found were from 3 years ago so it could be very outdated.

Pennant is NOT the worst 2h nikana, it's the worst for a combo build, for a heavy attack build it's top tier and by far the best 2h nikana. 32% cc and 2.4x multiplier with a very fast attack speed (affects heavy attack recovery) and you somehow call it the worst nikana LOL.
