Thought i had a uti but i was pregnant

I thought I had a uti, (3 days now) but today I felt like the pain/burning was actually coming from inside. I also noticed that my internal vagina area is extremely swollen when I wiped. The last time I went to the Bathroom i decided to feel around maybe I had a cut or something.
