Project zomboid overweight

When you go from Obese to Overweight, you'll lose the associated maluses of Obese and gain the associated maluses of Overweight, and so on until you reach a normal weight. When gaining a weight trait mid-gameplay you don't lose any strength or fitness though.. as said above, that is a cost only incurred at character creation.
