Jeep wrangler limp mode reset

I bought a used 2006 Liberty Limited 3.7 Had issues with getting it inspected because of shuddering in the transmission and it was throwing a code. Had it rebuilt. Seemed perfect. Passed inspection. After a few thousand miles it went into limp mode. P0700 and P1745(Line Pressure too high for too long) codes were coming up.

As of now, I have completed the swap and the jeep is driving with no issues other than it won't accelerate over 2500ish rpms in every gear, it will just start bucking which I believe it the jeep going in a limp mode or safety mode from what I've read on other posts.
