Dodge durango intermittent starting problem

Windshield wipers malfunction. In my DD 2004 5.7 limited I have a problem with windshield wipers and cabin lighting. 1. The wipers start every time i turn the key into the ignition position and stops anywhere after a few movements. They behave similarly when I turn them on and off - they don't reach the starting position.

If possible you want to when you go to start the engine try to confirm the fuel pump is running. If you go to start the engine and do not hear the pump running then that tells you something.
