glock 19. I have no experience with the CZ, but I love my VP9. I just got a vp9sk. The trigger felt quite a bit better than the p10c and while they were both good in the hand the VP9 has the inserts and you can really tailor it. Based on what I read the VP9 is more reliable too.

Whereas CZ took a different approach on the P07.That being said, I own the VP9 and 320 and have spent some time on my friend's P10C. I personally prefer the HK over the other two with the CZ being a close second. It comes down to preferred ergonomics. Triggers are comparable, recoil is identical. You really can't go wrong with any of these options. The VP9 had a bit more of a palm swell but I think they both come with interchangeable back straps so you wouldn’t have trouble finding a good fit. I had two VP9's (still have one) IMO, The P-10 is the better pistol, it shoots flatter, is just as accurate, not as complex as the VP9 is internally, and is the correct size for a CCW. I think HK got the size of the VP9 wrong.The biggest downside I would mention is the size of the gun. The CZ P10c holds 15 rounds and is slightly bigger than a Glock 19. It fits in a size category between a Glock 19 and a Glock 17. The size category of the CZ P10c seems to be without a hump a lot of people can conceal it just fine.
